Wonderful Cake. Moist. Light. Fluffy. I used Valhorna Cocoa powder and Starbucks Coffee. I made cupcakes and my tip is to only fill the cupcakes 1/2 way as they rise quite a bit."

The cookies were great but you must love "espresso taste" to give these a 5. Ensure you really grind up the espresso beans ( I don't think I did so that might have been why I could really taste the espresso beans rather than them deepening the intensity of the chocolate as they are suppose to). I am going to make them again next week! I made mine "
