Yum! Had this for breakfast yesterday. I don't care for soy milk, so I used coconut milk instead. I also added a scoop of whey protein powder. I skipped allowing it to partially thaw overnight in the fridge, and my blender blasted it into creamy, ice-cream like smoothness. Will definitely be making this one again, (and again, and again)."

My husband and I saw this on a rerun of Good Eats. The very next day we went to the grocery store to grab the ingredients. He made a batch with cinnamon and raisins, and I made one the next night with cinnamon, dried cranberries, and dried blueberries. It was oatmeal perfection! I can't wait to try other variations of this recipe! Seriously, "
