Very good! My changes: 1/3 c. chopped pecans, used whole milk, 1/4 c. sugar - 1/2 B 1/2 W, and only 3 eggs. My souffle took 25 min to cook and was super light! I'll make this again and again - thanks!

This was alright, we ate it. I made the salad as written but I thought it tasted a little bland. My husband confirmed this... I then added diced green pepper, seasoned salt, more black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and lemon juice. Which made it taste better but I'll try a different recipe next time. "

Good but could be better! I skipped the whole boiling the spinach, I think it was unnecessary. The spinach wilts down fast when you add it to the pan. I used 1 tsp of red pepper flakes and it was still to much. Next time I will only use 1/2 tsp. I will also scale down the cream to 1/2 cup. We like our cream spinach more creamy and not as runny.
