I've made this many, many times. I use the Amy's brand reduced sodium tomato bisque and make it as directed, except I use more of the fresh basil if I have it. So easy and so good! My husband and I love it, and even my 15-year-old thinks it's great."

The whole family enjoyed this. I like sauerkraut, but this cooked cabbage was much better - tender, not as soft and sharp as sauerkraut. The apple juice made it just slightly sweet and delicious. The meat was great also, but I did feel the need to trim a lot of the fat before cooking it. The potatoes were excellent. Great St. Patrick's Day meal"

These were SO delicious. This is the stuffed mushroom recipe I've been looking for! I didn't have parsley, but they were so great even without it. I used 2 portebellas, and I did have to cook it 10 minutes longer than the recipe said, but that was no problem. They were outstanding!
