This recipe is awesome. The flavors are amazing and go so well with the polenta. Made with boneless ribs and did end up adding about 1/2 cup more of chicken stock at the end when cooking off the sauce to give me a bit more sauce. I was a little put off by the polenta calling for 1 1/3 cup of half and half....I couldn't imagine all that fat in s"

Guy, you outdid yourself. Great weekend meal. Served some smokey home fries on the side and it balanced out the flavors perfectly. My husband must have told me 10 times how delicious it was. We mashed the leftovers a little and are going to let it soak in the sauce all night. Tomorrow's lunch will be toasted Neapolitan Red Pepper Pork Hoagies...
