So, my husband said "Could you make an old fashioned meat loaf - you know like Paula Deen would make?" How could I not try this? WE LOVE IT! In fact, I make two at a time and freeze the second loaf. One 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes does the trick to double the recipe. We defrost it and microwave portions as needed. Thank you Paula - once again yo"

Yes, yes, yes! We tried this dish on Thanksgiving just to have something different from the usual green bean casserole. My husband and I both said "green bean what?" This was excellent! I covered it with french fried onions and baked it to brown them. Will have to try the sauce on other vegetables. Yum Yum :-D""

I added yellow and red bell peppers with the onions. It was super easy and lots of flavor. Put a couple of over easy eggs on top and served it with a bowl of fruit and toast. Yum Yum!
