Live on the east coast (Central PA), and absolutely love to experiment with new recipes. Although, I'm not classicly trained in the kitchen, my food always includes my passion and love for cooking.
I usually cook soul food and I'm also lucky enough to come from Filipino roots so it's not unusual to see Adobo or pancit on my stovetop.
Pet peeves -- long prep times, dirty kitchens, and people in my kitchen while I'm cooking
