"I loved this recipe. I didn't have the almond liqueur, so I substituted almond extract and used a little red scupernog wine, which gave the juice an awesome flavor. About Me
I love to cook! I've been cooking since I was very young and enjoyed standing next to my mom and grandmother in the kitchen soaking up all of their secrets. When I prepare food for my family, the love that I have for them is reflected in each dish. It gives me great joy and pleasure to navigate through Food Network's wonderful recipes. All of 3 of my children enjoy cooking and are great in the kitchen. I guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree!
