About Me

I have been teaching home economics (all beginning and advanced level foods classes for 21 years at a high school in California. We do pretty much everything from scratch. Pies, raviolis, canning, you name it. Love to learn new world cuisines. I also chaparone students to europe in the summer and we try to do at least one cooking lesson while we are there.
