My Activity

Reviewed Rice Pudding with Coconut Milk

"Don't "recips" usually include "amounts" ? My 3x5 recipe cards don't have wifi or the ability to look up "recips" associated with this recipe............I REALLY dont think its too much to ask to give even a rounded guestimate of a quantity on a "recips" or for a site of this size and magnitude on cooking to have spell check......
I guessed and used 2 cups uncooked rice, I am assuming it was too much since it wasnt overly sweet or strongly flavored.

Reviewed Avocado Compound Butter

"Looked so good that I made a double batch right away. From the spoon licking afterwards, I cant wait for it to set up! I may be giving out with holiday gifts!!

About Me

I am what is refered to as a "contract cook" www.mrtonysbbq.webs.com

I have a competition style BBQ "pit" that I can do whole hogs up to 140 pounds in the 7 foot smoking chamber down to hot dogs on the 4' grill and everything in between - even baking bread and making pizza in it!. I have always loved cooking, I remember teaching my mom how to make brownies in the new microwave back when they were first available to the public, I think I was in grade school!

I dont limit myself to the big smoker, my wife has never really liked to cook, so I have always hurrried home from work as a remodeling contractor to get cooking!
