Reviewed Trout a la Meuniere

"Absolutely delicious! I used a "Spotted Sea Trout" which is a local fish here in Southwest (Cape Coral) Florida. I did "kick it up a notch" by adding a tablespoon of capers. Thank You Emeril!! I used a sidedish of saute'ed spinich with pine nuts.
