"Used thick sliced red potatoes baked about 20 mins. Wrapped with apple wood bacon speared with a tooth pick and baked until lightly brown after they came out hit them with a little homemade apricot bourbon BBQ sauce. Big hit ""

"I placed fresh peaches , whole dried red chilies, mustard, Maple syrup and molasses in a blender and puréed until smooth. Then added enough brown sugar to make a paste. Spread it all over the ham and placed it on the grill for about an hour. real good
