Used thick sliced red potatoes baked about 20 mins. Wrapped with apple wood bacon speared with a tooth pick and baked until lightly brown after they came out hit them with a little homemade apricot bourbon BBQ sauce. Big hit ""

Mr. Bacon back .... 3rd year making this stuffing with bacon and it only gets better. added apples, walnuts and water chestnuts and of course added more bacon (apple wood . Well I wanted to anyway got shot down by the wife.

I placed fresh peaches , whole dried red chilies, mustard, Maple syrup and molasses in a blender and puréed until smooth. Then added enough brown sugar to make a paste. Spread it all over the ham and placed it on the grill for about an hour. real good

I made this for Thanksgiving .... the bomb... Doubled the cream, ginger and finished it off with green onions and apple wood bacon. Served with a piece of crusty bread with lots of fresh parmesan melted on top.
