I grew up in a household where my mother learned to cook food of various cultures. There is no type of food I won't try. I am particularly fond of asian food, and have a preference for spicy hot recipes.

-Spicy style chicken wings-Sushi, as well as other Japanese fare
-Chinese food, especially authentic dishes
-Thai food
-French food
-Indian food
