Reviewed Baked Grapefruit
"I love grapefruit - so was not surprised that I loved this combination! I will definitely be including it in my breakfast repertoire at the Bed & Breakfast that I run (Mountain Goat Lodge, Salida CO).
I made this in a large but shallow coffee cup - and the meringue swirled and puffed up and got golden brown - looking like a Latte! Sorry I ate it before thinking of taking a photo (next time).
I think the reviewers that did not like this either did something wrong - or just plain don't like grapefruit. I think it is a home run! Very sophisticated, impressive, but easy.
