I don't know what I did wrong...I followed the directions to a "t" but the recipe really lacked flavor and the cheese left a curdled mess in the noodles. Wonderful fish tacos! We used red drum that my husband & daughters caught in the Gulf yesterday...can't get much fresher than that! I used Greek yogurt, so it didn't need to drain and added extra chipotles because we like it spicy! Tomorrow we are taking the left over fish and chipotle cream and making fish sandwiches. YUM!
