Reviewed broiled salmon with herb mustard glaze

Jul 24, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

Unbelievable! I made this recipe with a whole side of salmon and left it whole when I cooked it. It is easy, delish, and healthy.

Reviewed asparagus, pecorino and red onion salad

Apr 28, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

This was a great change up for asparagus. I really enjoyed the flavors but I thought it needed something else. I thought pine nuts would be good, which I see at least one other person tried. I also like the idea of crispy prosciutto or pancetta. I will certainly make this again.

Reviewed Roasted Cornish Game Hens

Jan 11, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

Easy & Tasty. I made this for a pre-Christmas dinner and it was also my first time ever making cornish hens. They were easy to cook and tasted great. Best part was that I have leftovers that I am going to use to make a soup, just like Thanksgiving but smaller. I served with Ina's Zucchini Gratin and a recipe for Roasted Aioli Pearl Potatoes...

Absolutely Awesome!

Made these for a tailgate but I used Heath Bar instead of toffee chips (because the grocery did not have them) and pecans instead of walnuts (because I like pecans better). They were awesome and I am going to have to hide some from my husband so that I can enjoy them too.

This was a quick, easy switch up for something different with broccoli. It is in the keeper box."

Reviewed Baked Shrimp with Tomatoes and Feta

May 4, 2013 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This recipe was quick and delicious. Since I did not have fresh dill, I used dried oregano since I had seen that used in another recipe. Served with crusty bread. Yummy!"

Reviewed Oven-roasted Turkey Breast with Leeks and Cornbread Stuffing

Nov 11, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

As sold, this recipe was really easy and it tasted great. I might have preferred a little more of the stuffing, so I may double the recipe the next time. Also, instead of making Tyler's recipe for turkey gravy I just used the pan the turkey cooked in to make a sauce while the turkey rested after coming out of the oven.""

Reviewed Pat's Famous Beef and Pork Chili

Nov 2, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I must admit I felt a bit more guilty eating this chili than the usual I make with the Tabasco mix (starts with bacon & has pork!), but this recipe is great. I love to cook and chili is one of my facorite dishes, but I had not found a recipe that beat the Tabasco mix until I made this one. It is going in my recipe book.""

Reviewed Stuffed Double-Cut Pork Loin Chops

Oct 3, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This recipe was very good. I think it would be a great dinner party menu, using a pork loin roast instead of chops. I served with chipotle smashed sweet potatoes. Yummy!""

Reviewed Grilled California Pizzas

Aug 15, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

The dough was so easy to make, I can't believe that I waited this long to make my own pizza dough. I did cook them on the grill, and they came out perfectly. I froze some of the dough for later, but have not used it yet. I think I would add some herbs to the dough the next time.""

Reviewed Grilled Stuffed Jalapeno Chiles with Grilled Red Pepper-Tomato Sauce

Mar 31, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

The flavor was awesome, but i think maybe my husband left them on the grill a bit too long. The pepper were too soft to hold in the melted cheese. The roasted red pepper sauce was excellent, so I am trying to think of other dishes to serve it with. I would make this recipe again."

Reviewed Chicken and Broccoli Stir-fry

Mar 5, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This dish was super easy and tastes just like take out. I sliced the chicken thin instead of cubed, just because. I also had some carrots, celery, shoots, chestnuts, and straw mushrooms that I needed to use up, so I tossed those in too. I wanted a little heat, so I added red peper flakes while the veggies cooked and I also added some garlic chili...
