Did not like the dressing at all. Too sour and I followed the quantities and directions exactly. The potatoes come out very dry when grilled."

I used cacique beef chorizo. Too much chorizo although it made the meatballs very soft and they were not a little hard as they have been before when I use only ground beef. I think I will cut down the chorizo to at least half next time. Too much red grease at the top. Did give it more flavor and made the meatballs soft yet kept them together."

The albondigas were green after one bunch of cilantro. I can imagine how they would have looked after two. Once added to the soup, the green disappeared but they tasted horrible. Too much cilantro, too much garlic. What is the point of following a recipe if the portions are not correct."
