Reviewed braised beef brisket

I just saw this Brisket Episode and for all the reviewers saying it was salty.. 1 1/2c of Soy Sauce would make anything salty. Use 3/4c of low sodium Soy Sauce and 3/4c red wine, water or whatever you choose. Low sodium beef consomme will work just as well I'm sure..I'm not a chef by any standards but I am a pretty good home cook.. I've never braised...
