“I needed a make-ahead dish that would use up leftover cubed roast lamb and this recipe was a fabulous source of inspiration! My lamb was made with garlic, rosemary, and red wine. I saved all the au jus, so I used it in place of the liquid, added tomato paste and reduced it.
