"Had the extra turkey so said "what the heck... I will try it". Wow, nice surprise and am I glad I did! Having the turkey soak up the dressing makes the turkey very tender and juicy and works perfectly with the fresh crunchy veggies. Not only did my husband and I love it but my daughter (14) who is "so-so' with traditional chinese chicken salad couldn't get enough. I usually increase the dressing quantity amount but you really don't need to. It does not seem like enough but keep mixing and you will see that it is fine!
