Reviewed Red Wine Beef Stew with Potatoes and Green Beans

"Wonderful, tasty and perfect for the cooler months! I have made this recipe several times since I found it 2 years ago. I consider it comfort food! I have made some changes to it. I have reduced the wine to only a 1/3 of the recipe and substitute the rest with chicken broth. I've also added sliced mushrooms and they seem to work well.

Reviewed Pumpkin Cheesecake

"This was my first cheesecake EVER! I received a spring pan for a wedding gift and after seeing the show decided to jump right in. It was a bit risky for me since I chose to bake it for Thanksgiving dinner. IT WAS A HIT!! Everyone thought I purchased the cheesecake. They were suprised it was home made! I have also made it for a company pot luck and instead of a birthday cake. People have raved about it so much that I have been specifically asked to bake it. I read most of the reviews and followed the water bath suggestion with the extra 30 minutes of baking. The cheesecake has been a wonderful addition to my recipe box. Thanks Paula Deen for such an amazing and easy dessert.

I have been making this stew in double batches since I originally made it for a "relaxed" dinner party; but it freezes well and tastes even better reheated.

Reviewed Ka-Bam Kabobs

"Wonderful, tasty and a great departure from what we usually serve at BBQ's. The kabobs were a great hit! (ZERO leftovers!) Emeril's BAM is awesome and now it is something we ALWAYS have in our spice pantry. I highly recommend the spice mix with baked potato "fries".

Reviewed Jicama and Watermelon Salad

"Wonderful recipe! I made it several times this Summer. It is so refreshing my husband insisted I would make it for our weekend at the beach! My friends loved it and I was happy to introduce Jicama to a few who had never heard of the root before.

Reviewed Whole-Wheat Pasta Salad with Walnuts and Feta Cheese

"This was so easy to put together and was a great change from the usual sides I've served at BBQ's. My husband and friends loved it and it will become our go to dish for future pot lucks.
