So delicious! I used Amaretto because it was what I had on hand and made this for my GLUTEN-FREE sister's birthday. It was so good! She still talks about it and I'll be making it again this year! Incredibly rich but worth every bite and calorie!"

Unexpectedly AMAZING!! I doubted the recipe when I read it but was persuaded by all the great reviews...I was still doubting on my way home from the grocery store this morning but when I made it...OUTSTANDING!!
I did reduce the red pepper flakes to 1/2 a teaspoon and it was plenty spicy for both myself and my husband. It left a nice burn...

This was easy to make and delicious! The beef was tender and flavor was great--my only complaint was that it was a little too salty. I used 1.8 lbs of flank steak and froze it for about an hour before slicing (made it incredibly easy to slice!) and did not double sauce and it was plenty of sauce. I would cut back on soy in sauce recipe and use a little...

My sister and her husband made these one year and have been a STAPLE in our recipe book ever since. They are so so good! The bacon and onion with the sweet and tangy is amazing :). I did try one year to use the steam fresh green beans from the freezer and it just doesnt work. Make sure to use fresh green beans.

Delicious! But OH SO SWEET. The caramel sauce was too yummy to leave out but would have cut down on the intense sweetness. Definitely use the granny smith apples because they lend a sour/tartness that you have to have with all the sugar in this dish! A sweeter apple would be too much.

This was a great dish but needed some tweaking. We made this for our holiday meal and 3/5 of us liked it. The flavor of the potatoes was AMAZING and perfect. Nothing goes with potatoes like bacon and onion! The sauce is great but ours needed a little bit of tweaking. We used the reg. peppadew peppers and a sauv. blanc. The sauce came out a little...
