Reviewed Flourless Chocolate Cake
"So delicious! I used Amaretto because it was what I had on hand and made this for my GLUTEN-FREE sister's birthday. It was so good! She still talks about it and I'll be making it again this year! Incredibly rich but worth every bite and calorie!"
Reviewed Omelet for Two
"Absolutely delicious! I have made this multiple times and for many different occasions and it always comes out perfect and gets RAVE reviews! "

Reviewed Bacon and Tomato Pasta
"Unexpectedly AMAZING!! I doubted the recipe when I read it but was persuaded by all the great reviews...I was still doubting on my way home from the grocery store this morning but when I made it...OUTSTANDING!!
I did reduce the red pepper flakes to 1/2 a teaspoon and it was plenty spicy for both myself and my husband. It left a nice burn on the tongue but wasn't overwhelming. I would absolutely recommend making this dish! So, so, so good and fast too! I used plum tomatoes, fettucine, Carmenere for the wine and other than the reduction in red pepper flakes followed it to a T!"

Reviewed Spicy Tangerine Beef
"This was easy to make and delicious! The beef was tender and flavor was great--my only complaint was that it was a little too salty. I used 1.8 lbs of flank steak and froze it for about an hour before slicing (made it incredibly easy to slice!) and did not double sauce and it was plenty of sauce. I would cut back on soy in sauce recipe and use a little more tangerine juice and zest (I did not find it was overpowering as some reviewers did). I cooked the meat in batches so as to crisp it and not steam it. I removed each batch when nearly cooked and set it aside and added it all back in at the end with the sauce.
I topped the dish with a little cilantro as well, served it with jasmine rice and steamed broccoli. Going into the recipe file with a few tweaks!
Reviewed Southern Green Beans
"My sister and her husband made these one year and have been a STAPLE in our recipe book ever since. They are so so good! The bacon and onion with the sweet and tangy is amazing :). I did try one year to use the steam fresh green beans from the freezer and it just doesnt work. Make sure to use fresh green beans.
Reviewed Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars with Streusel Topping
"Delicious! But OH SO SWEET. The caramel sauce was too yummy to leave out but would have cut down on the intense sweetness. Definitely use the granny smith apples because they lend a sour/tartness that you have to have with all the sugar in this dish! A sweeter apple would be too much.
