Reviewed Turnip Mashed Potatoes

"Turnips and potatoes go wonderful together! Here are some modifications I did: Instead of sour cream used a couple scoops of greek yogurt (really great flavor!), I only used 2-3 tbsp of butter and I used a little whole milk instead of cream. Watch out not to add too much milk or cream because the turnips are watery and you can end up with soupy ma"

Reviewed Cod with Fennel, Dill and Tomato

"This was a fantastic and easy dinner. I used salmon instead of cod because that is what I had on hand and it turned our wonderful. Salmon goes very well with fennel and dill. Reviewed Leek Potato Soup

"Amazing! This soup was comforting and flavorful. I used bacon grease instead of butter to saute the leeks in and it gave the soup a wonderful smokey undertone. Reviewed Roasted Radishes and Carrots

"This was a great dish, especially if you have radishes and you don't want to eat them raw. I cooked mine a little longer, about 10 minutes, because I enjoy them more tender."

Reviewed Chicken with Tarragon and White Wine

"Excellent! I have never tried tarragon before but I got it in my produce box this week and decided to try this recipe. Tarragon has a similar flavor to fennel and it added a really nice flavor to this dish. I used a sweet white onion instead of pearl onions and it was wonderful. Before I made the finishing sauce I cooked some green beans in the ju"

Reviewed Mac Daddy Mac n' Cheese

"Best mac and cheese recipe! It is simple and tastes creamy with a nice crunch from the topping. I make this whenever I am having friends over...it is great for adults and kids. I always add more bread crumbs and bacon on top since that is the best part!"
