"Love this soup. Only changes I make is that I don't use whole tomatoes in puree, I use the cut up tomatoes that have jalapenos in them. Also use the juice from jarred pickled jalapenos, however much I feel like putting in. I don't use the tortillas, I use regular store bought corn tortilla chips and put them in the bowl then pour the soup over it and cover it with shredded cheddar and mix it all in and it is fabulous, great flavor and the canned cut up tomatoes with jalapenos does not make this too hot, it gives it an extra kick. "Best meatloaf ever. Omitted celery and green pepper, use 1lb ground beef and 1lb of ground veal. Mixed all herbs, onion, garlic in the food processor, I don't sautee it, just mix all together in a big bowl with everything else,the cream in this recipe is what makes it so moist. For the breadcrumbs,I use Panko and combine a little parmesan. I don't make the topping, just ketchup for the glaze and it is really good. I think by not sauteeing the onions and garlic this meatloaf tends to be more flavorful. Just tweaked a little so not to disrespect the original recipe. Soooo good!"

"Family loved this. Didn't have prosciutto,used deli ham, used swiss instead of gruyere. However,even with those substitutions it was very tasty. I have to say though, the chicken did not brown like it should. Next time, will pan fry briefly for that golden crust and then finish off in the oven. All in all it was still very good and my family "ultimately" wants me to make it again very soon. "

Recipe for the biscuits was easy and they were okay but the store bought were better than what I made. I also made more chicken to make it really hearty, this is a great recipe. "I thought this was great. It was really easy to make and fast and the flavor was great, was not too sweet which I was concerned about. Made citrus rice to go with it and family loved it. I also cooked thighs as well and the glaze was enough for all six pieces of chicken I made. Great recipe."
