This was outstanding soup. Loved the texture and the flavor pairing of the sweet potatoes and rosemary. I used greek yogurt instead of the mascapone cheese. Didnt miss it. I will be making this over and over for sure!

Outstanding soup. Love the texture, and the rosemary matched up with the sweet potatoes. Will keep this in my cold weather soup recipe arsenal!!! Loved it.

Reviewed Broccoli Soup

This soup was literally clean the bowl dry GOOD. I normally never liked broccoli soup, but this one is simply perfect flavor. Very smooth! Used Vegtable Broth instead of Chicken Broth. Make sure to use the stems of the broccoli too, these are great in soups and add even more flavor. I topped my soup with a dash of hot sauce for a little kick.

This was a simply fantastic recipe!!! Used Israeli Couscous instead of Fregola due to cost, and it was still perfect. I highly recommend this recipe to others! Tons of flavor. Made me appreciate cannelini beans again. Will make it again and again! Thanks Giada!

Reviewed Sausage-Cauliflower Spaghetti

This is one outstanding pasta. I took note of a few of these reviews and opted to use Penne pasta over spaghetti. We are also vegetarian and used Lightlife Gimme Lean (faux ground sausage) and it was just mouth watering. I really loved this recipe. I will never go to any other mexican rice recipe after trying this. It will be the GO TO from now on. The recipe made enough for 2 days worth leftovers too! YUM!
