"Taste was OK, but this is not queso fundido, it's a cheese sauce. They start with milk and flour so the cheese won't separate when it melts (as it does in traditional queso fundido), and it doesn't, but it also comes out bland. The concept is interesting so I'll try it again, but will skip the milk and flour. They also missed a golden opportunity "

"Great, and can be made using a 9" loaf pan (mine is glass) if you don't have a souffle dish, except that the ends won't get as much of the "lava" as the center.
