"Excellent recipe! One of the best I've ever tried. Unlike some reviewers, I didn't find these to be too bland. They came out perfectly done and the coating was crispy and light. I believe the crunch was attained from the use of Vodka, that is to say adding another starch to the batter. Just great! Alex really knows her stuff. ""

Reviewed Broiled Zucchini and Potatoes with Parmesan Crust

"Pretty good recipe. I cut the zucchini into rounds about 1 1/2" thick (same size as the potatoes) even though the recipe said to cut them lengthwise. It was a good recipe and though not my favorite for zucchini, the potatoes were honestly yummy. ""
