Reviewed Sourdough Strata With Tomatoes and Greens

I really liked this recipe! I almost didn't make it after reading a bad review, but I'm glad I did. It wasn't bland at all. I think the key is to add enough cayenne, tomatoes and spinach and not too much bread. I used spinach. I didn't have Fontina so I used a mix of Mozzarella and grated Swiss and it turned out great. Note that it is very, very filling!...
