My Activity

Reviewed Oven Fried Chicken

"Wonderful! I cooked this for my dad and I, and he is not easily impressed, and he raved about it to the whole family! Very easy and delicious.""

Reviewed Whole-Wheat Penne with Turkey and Asparagus

"Idk. The flavor wasn't that big and after 3 plates, I was still hungry, and I'm 115 pounds. Not a meal for men, and I'm not sure I would try it again. ""

Reviewed Millionaire's Shortbread

"Easy and delicious. My dad ate four in one sitting. And to Big80sgeek: I started out at medium heat just watching it and stirring every now and then, and I ended up turning it on high because with my stove top, it takes forever. You just have to keep scraping the bottom and making sure it does not burn. If you get scared, just take it off and turn""

Reviewed Grown-Up Farmhouse Grilled Cheese

"Because my grocery store did not carry Brioche and heirloom tomatoes, I used Italian bread and a yellow tomato, and it worked just as good! You'll never go back to a regular grilled cheese ever again!"

Reviewed Roasted Asparagus

"This is a great way to get a nutritious and, so I've heard, cancer fighting vegetable. The only complaint I have is baking it too long, 15-25 minutes, makes the ends of the asparagus chewy and stringy. I baked it for 7-10 minutes and got excellent results; the whole stem was firm and crunchy."
