awesome. i read through some of the folks who had complaints about this recipe but having been a caterer and someone who's managed several restaurants, this is the real deal. not only was it tasty (i'm still wondering how somebody ended up with it being salty) it made my whole house smell like thanksgiving (those roasted herbs and garlic were heavenly)....
