Reviewed Winter Minestrone
"Incredile! So much better than classic minnestrone. My husband prefers a little meat so I added a 1/2 pound ground beef just to give him his fix. Other than that, I have parm rhind always in the freezer so this was a great excuse to use them. My firneds who joined us, loved this meal so much. Thanks Giada!
"I am a huge beef fan and this recipe is so tasty. The meat turns out so tender and the flavor from the rosemary and thyme is comforting. The gravy you get from the porcini mushrooms, beef, wine and veggies is fantastic. My husband loved it so much. I will be making it when the family comes into town next week. I live in Puyallup, WA. Home of the puyallup fair. I have a daughter who is 10 years old named Grace, and a wonderful man of a year and a half I love to cook and always have since I was a kid. I am 1/2 Italian so you know I love to eat.
Pizza, all italian, mexican, turkish/greek foods, I pretty much can cook anything. My favorite restaurant is Il Fornaio in Seattle. The best Italian food at a great price.
