Reviewed Black Bean Soup

"Nice hearty soup! I used fire roasted chopped tomatoes, replaced real bacon with Hormel bacon pieces to lower the fat content, added a little extra chili powder (& put in some cumin), and made it smoother by putting about 1/3 of it in the blender. Topped it with some avocado and sour cream...mmmm! Will def make this again :)"
