"A lot of flavor and crunch in every bite, plus it's fairly healthy. I also didn't follow the recipe exactly - had to substitute a bit of honey for the sugar and chile oil for the sesame oil. Found out that you can wash the salt off s handful of peanuts and it turns out just fine. I didn't use as much chicken as Emeril does - I just cut about 3 oun""
