Reviewed Garlic Sauteed Spinach

I loved it. I did not use a dutch oven... just a frying pan on medium until the spinich was wilted. I used WAY less salt and a little more pepper cause that's what I like. Also, no butter for me... health reasons and I also don't care for butter. MMMMM""
