"Delicious! I accidentally mixed the chives in with the cream and warmed the mixture on low for 10-15 minutes (I just realized I did it wrong when I went to write this review). Also, I didn't have cream so I used half a cup of nonfat milk and half a cup of half-and-half; the potatoes were rich and creamy--definitely not lacking in flavor; I'm alm"

Reviewed Linguine with Lemon, Garlic and Thyme Mushrooms

"Easy and delicious! I sauteed the mushrooms for a few minutes and then added the lemon/olive oil/thyme etc. and sauteed another couple of minutes more. I only used a half teaspoon of plain table salt and didn't feel that the dish was lacking in salt at all. I also used 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme because I didn't have fresh thyme--still fantastic!""
