"Tonight was my first time trying this recipe. I tweaked it a bit, using whipped cream cheese, sour cream, cream instead of milk, with cheddar, feta and Mozzarella cheeses. Plus I used Gluten free Rotini noodles. It came out pretty good. I am definitely going to try it again, this time using some herbs like dill. It was kind of tasteless. Probably"
I LOVE to cook!! I was in the restaruant business for 26 years, in Califiornia, where I was born & raised.
I was always adding herbs and spices to recipies I either got from others, or found in cook books.I don't like anything "plain". My dishes always tasted flavorful. My friends would say, "Did you make this??" They loved my tweaked recipies.
My husband also loves to cook. He makes awesome soups and other dishes. We love to cook together. We love to cook for our kids and grandkids.
We put a lot of love in everything we make.
My favorite way of cooking is grilling.
We grill a lot. Even during the winter.
My best dishes are breakfast potatoes. My hubby calls them "Kimmi potatoes". Everyone loves them.
I make some awesome Chicken salad, Macaroni salad, and Chicken soup. Oh! and Black Bean Salsa.
We really haven't found a restaraunt here that we can call our favorite, because we know we can make it better.
Our dream is to open a small cafe' one day
