"I did not have hard cider on hand so I used a white table wine instead and it was absolutely delicious. We had a little left over and it reheated surprisingly well. I look forward to trying it as written."

"Really great and easy to prepare. My grocery store was out of ground chicken, so I used 1 lb ground beef and one shredded rotisserie chicken instead and it was wonderful. Only other change was to add a can of diced green chiles and some extra hot sauce for a little kick. This is sure to become a staple at my house; thanks Rachael!"
