These are my new favorite dessert! Like other reviewers, I cut back the thyme to keep it from being overpowering. I also doubled the recipe. I, too, noticed the first time I made them that they came out very thin. Once I did that, they were perfect. Not too sweet, very fresh and Mediterranean.

A good, solid recipe. However, on the 3rd attempt, I did make a few adjustments. I used 2 cups of cilantro and used a little less salt, about 1/2 T. I felt it was a bit too salty and overpowering before. I also added some fresh lime juice at the end. Success!! Everyone loved it!

Too much work, too difficult to keep the stuffing from getting all over the place, stuffing too soggy.

Wow! This was awesome!! Very nice and subtle. Our house prefers not cloyingly sweet desserts, and this fits the bill. Very easy to make. A definite keeper to my repertoire!
