"Perfect Snickerdoodle fix! I didn't have cream of tartar so I substituted 2-1/2 tsp Baking Powder + 1/4 tsp additional baking soda. Also only had 1 egg on hand so added 1 tsp of water and 2 tsp cream to add some liquid to the creaming ingredients. Cookies turned out perfect! Thanks for the recipe!"
