Reviewed zucchini and olive flatbread

5 days ago on FoodNetwork.com

I hadn't made this in a while and just made it again over the weekend and forgot how much I enjoy it! I do add other seasonings (ie some crushed red pepper flakes) but then I also add red onions which really gives a ton of flavor. This is a great picky for a group.

Can't wait to make this again!! I, like many of the reviewers did not use saffron, but added some dried thyme and paprika. This was a fantastic recipe - and so easy! I think the orzo adds so much - I didn't even have bread on the side. I didn't make the croutons, since I was just making it for myself, but next time I will (grilled cheese is my...

this is delicious!! my fiance loved it - after admitting he wasn't excited that i was trying this recipe, probably because it had the word "vegetable" in it. the veggies smell delicious when they are roasting with the italian seasonings. it is a very straight-forward recipe. i left out the mushrooms because we don't like them, and i followed some"

this is soooo good!!! i also added in some fresh zucchini because someone brought some in from their garden. i blanched the veggies, because i can never cook them right on the stovetop. i also used 2 cans of diced tomatoes instead of the fresh tomatoes and i think the juice from that helped a lot - next time i will try to make more juice as well s"

i was really looking forward to making this and was pretty disappointed. someone suggested maybe add another bottle of prosecco - because it seemed a little on the thick side with the puree. i wasn't crazy about the flavor either, i thought it was too tart even though i just added the 1 tbsp of lime juice. there are too many other good drink reci"

i love this cake (i made as cupcakes) - i don't know how anyone could give it a bad review. i didn't think the frosting was too sweet at all, the creme fraiche definitely mellowed out the sweetness of the powdered sugar. everyone loved them - i'm going to make it again this weekend. it looks beautiful too"

this is great but does take a lot of work. i just purchased roasted chicken breasts from the grocery store, which was a big help. i did all the veggies ahead of time - i added potatoes, celery and corn like some others suggested. it does make a ton of filling, but i don't mind having the leftovers ready to go! maybe next time since the filling is "
