This was so delicious! I made my own preserved lemons because they did not have any at my local grocery store. Our dinner guests were wanting to drink the left over sauce straight out of the pot. We served it with a side of couscous which was nice because it absorbed all the delicious flavors of the juice"

These were so yummy! I made them on the fly for a potluck, and they flew off the plate. We had left over rye bread and cream cheese and ate that as an appetizer the next day. Even just the bread and cream cheese was delicious!
