“Delish - made a few changes. Used light Karo, less brown sugar, omitted the bourbon (the 12 year old appreciated that!) dark chocolate morsels and definitely toasted the pecans first. The consistency was perfect - not too runny, not too chewy. Everyone raved about it!! Thanks Chef Tony!
