Reviewed The Ultimate Beef Stew
"I didn't have time to make the horseradish topping but I'm sure it'll only be even better with it. This is somewhat time-consuming in the beginning to flour and brown the beef but it's worth it. I didn't even simmer it the 2 hours that the recipe called for. The pearl onions were a little much and I'll probably replace them next time with leeks or chopped onion. The beef was unbelievably tender tho!!
