This was absolutely delicious, I made the marinade and put the meat in right before my husband and I took off for a day of hiking. When we got home he grilled it. All I can say is yum! The flavor combination is perfect! KEEPER!!

I make my own tomatillo sauce and have always boiled it. But I followed the recipe and roasted and it was much, much better! I reduced the cheese and left out the sour cream and it was still completely wonderful - a keeper!!

Very good and quick to make for a fast weekend breakfast treat. I agree with previous comment that it would probably be good to up the buttermilk and I am going to grate in some sharp cheddar cheese next time!

I just made this for dinner and it was FABULOUS!!! I made the adobo sauce over the weekend and this evening I just did a quick 1 hr marinade and cooked the meat, then finished the sauce. I made it with the rice and we loved it!"

Thanks Anne!! I grew up with a German mother and this is really great served with schnitzle and spaetzle. I didn't have cumin seeds so I used a half teaspoon of ground cumin which worked great. My very picky 17 year old daughter just raved about it!"
