Reviewed green beans with lemon and garlic

Simple, but man is this tasty! Make sure when you par boil the beans that the beans are done (crispy-tender), because when you toss them into the butter/oil/garlic mixture, and doesn't really cook them further. Yummy~~~

Very tasty, but no need to add any salt, since the soy sauce already has tons in it. I also add some whipped egg whites to my chicken pieces, and let it sit in a bowl w/ a dash of cornstarch. It coats the chicken and keeps it moist and flavorful. Easy quick dish."

Simple, yet full of flavor. It proves you don't need to be fancy or full of fat to be yummy. The fish stayed moist, I believe because of the egg/panko coating. Nice job, Giada."
