Reviewed Peanut Swirl Brownies
"These brownies are unbelievably delicious. I only have two small complaints:
1. They're very flakey and therefore hard to cut neatly
2. Not enough peanut butter
If I make these again I would definitely use a little more peanut butter. Also, I used 6 large eggs instead of xl eggs. I wonder if that contributed to the flakiness or maybe i""
Reviewed Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Cheesecake Pops
"I absolutely love these. They are VERY rich though. I did make a very small change though. Instead of making pops I created small round cakes which I served with whip cream. Everyone loved it but because it's so rich it's hard to eat too much of it.
Reviewed Mustard Crusted Rack of Lamb
"I love this recipe. The combination of the garlic, mustard, and lamb flavors is unbelievable. The recipe is also fairly easy to make and the return on your effort is huge. I also agree that cooking time needs to be legnthened for med-rare.
Reviewed Alton Brown's Buffalo Wings
"Absolutely delicious! I made one small change though. Instead of one clove of garlic I usually use 4-5 cloves. Also, as far as the hot sauce . . . you've got to use Frank's!
Reviewed French Onion Soup
"I made this today on a snowy winter day and my wife couldn't stop raving about it (she loves French Onion Soup). Initially, the flavor of the wine was quite prominent but if you let the soup settle for a few hours the flavors marry quite nicely. I recommend you make the soup early to give it a proper rest before serving.
