This is a very tasty dish. I used a stick blender to make the Red Chimichurri, that allowed be to easily control the texture. I served this with Spicy Brown Sugar Glazed Plantains. The sweetness of the Plantains was a nice contrast to the Skirt Steak. Sangria was perfect to wash it all down."
