Reviewed Stuffed Sweet Potatoes with Pecan and Marshmallow Streusel

Fourth straight year I have used this dish on Thanksgiving, Just like candy.
Two changes I made were to peel the sweet potato, heat them in the microwave , then cut them into large cubes. Also when toasting the pecans I add pure maple syrup .That gives this recipe that extra WOW!!! "
