Reviewed Chicago Italian Beef (Pot Roast Style

"Jeff, congratulations from the Windy City. ;-)
Thanks for the interesting way to prepare the beef.
I will use it to make a Chicago style pizza using wheat bread.
I'll add everything you made to the pizza, minus the juice of course. :-)
Thanks for helping me come up with something different for dinner this week. On a side note, Portillo's also""

Reviewed Meatball Curry

"I REALLY want to make this recipe but I don't like coconut milk.
Can I omit the milk and add extra tomatoes for the gravy?
Thank you for your suggestions.""

Reviewed Chicken in Mustard

"Delicious and simple. I excluded sour cream,
mustard, and tarragon. Added Indian spices like
Cumin, coriander, turmeric, chili powder, and garam masala.
The mascato was the perfect white wine in the dish. The wine worked well with the Indian spices. I served the dish 24 hours after making it so the flavors really absorbed into the chicken. Lastly, I used foil to cover it in the oven since I didn't have a cover.
My family loved it, even my picky eater."
