I will use it to make a Chicago style pizza using wheat bread.

Delicious and simple. I excluded sour cream,
mustard, and tarragon. Added Indian spices like
Cumin, coriander, turmeric, chili powder, and garam masala.
The mascato was the perfect white wine in the dish. The wine worked well with the Indian spices. I served the dish 24 hours after making it so the flavors really absorbed...
