Reviewed Marinara Sauce
"This recipe is a winner! I must confess to adding a little basil to the sauce, oregano would work too. I also added a touch of dry red wine. You can add meatballs for a classic spaghetti and meatballs or use it as is over pasta or for a delicious pizza sauce. Easy and quick to make, we all loved it! ""
Reviewed Tagliatelle with Chicken
"This was great! Not too hard to make and very tasty. I omitted the sultanas, as we don't like "sweet stuff" in our dinner food, but there is so much flavor going on, we did not miss them. I sprinkled a little parmiggiano on the end, because I just can't resist....cheese, cheese and more cheese! "

Reviewed White Chicken Chili
"This is a good chicken chili recipe, but we found it a little too thick for our taste. That issue was easily solved with the addition of one more can of white beans (with their liquid), 1 cup of beer and another cup of chicken stock. To make sure the flavor stayed as intense as the original recipe, I added another tsp. of ancho chili powder, a half tsp. of cumin and a pinch more of coriander. I made it for a neighborhood chili party at my house, where I made three different kinds of chili. This one was the first one gone! Will definately make again.
